Policies & Procedures

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of the price of the treatment.

• No shows are charged at full price.

• Sexual comments or requests will cause the session to end immediately and an inability to schedule additional sessions.

• Minors must have written consent from parents/guardians to allow treatment and parents/guardians must be present during the session.

• Mt. Hood Massage is HIPAA compliant. The medical data of every patient is protected.
