We offer therapeutic massage including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques and trigger point therapy and cupping therapy. In addition, we have added manual lymphatic drainage to our repertoire.

We have one designated parking spot that is right next to our building sign, next to the building itself. There is a parking sign to make it easier to locate. In the event that that spot is taken, there is generally ample street parking. On weekends, the rest of the parking lot is open.

The clinic is located in the parking lot behind New You Doctor and Hood Avenue Market. The cute little brick building nestled in the corner with the Mt. Hood Massage sign is your destination. Please park in the designated parking spot next to the clinic or on the street during the week.

Hydrate! If you have long hair, be prepared to tie it up. If you would like face massage, arrive without makeup, or ask for a hot towel to remove makeup. Have an idea of the areas you would like focused work on and/or goals in mind.
